As a coordinator-led collective, we personally match you with a lead artist whose specific portfolio and "vibe" align with your vision. You aren't just getting "whoever is free"—you’re getting the best match for your style.

To provide our signature level of coordination and a dedicated bridal hair and makeup team, we require a minimum of 5 services per category (hair or makeup). This ensures we can properly staff your event and maintain our boutique standard of care.

This is where our "Type-A" coordination shines. Additional artists may be required for larger bridal parties to ensure a seamless and on-time experience. We arrive 15 minutes early for setup and build in "buffer time" so that the morning never feels rushed. You’ll be ready for photos exactly when your photographer arrives.

We love accommodating additions when possible! While we can’t reduce your service count once booked, we can often add services if our timeline and artist count allow.

This is our specialty. During your Bridal Preview, we start with a very light application and build up until you feel comfortable and radiant. Our goal is to enhance your features, not hide them. We want you to feel like yourself, just with a professional, long-wearing "glow."

We recommend scheduling your preview 2–4 months before your wedding. Bridal previews are held at our artists' individual studios or a client-requested location (travel fees apply). This ensures a private, focused environment where we can perfect your vision.

Yes. Because we only feature artists who use professional-grade, long-wear products specifically designed for the endurance of a wedding day. From heat-resistant styling to waterproof finishing sprays, we ensure your look stays flawless from the first look to the final dance.

While your artist will have a fully stocked kit, we always recommend purchasing the lip color used during your trial for touch-ups throughout the night. If you have a specific veil or hairpiece, please bring it to your preview so we can perfect the placement and security.

This is the benefit of a managed collective. We will immediately reassign a qualified bridal artist from our roster who has access to your trial notes and photos, ensuring your morning continues seamlessly.

To protect the peace of your morning, we keep financials simple and transparent:

• One Month Prior: You will receive a digital invoice for each artist. A service installment is paid online at this time to finalize logistics.

• Wedding Day: The remaining balance is paid in cash directly to each artist. To keep the morning running smoothly, we require one total cash payment per artist in labeled envelopes. We are unable to accept individual payments, Venmo, or credit cards on the wedding day.
